Wall Street is where dreams of extraordinary riches can come true. There are many stories of people starting in the mail room and working their way up to the corner office and receiving million dollar pay checks. So in the past, those seeking their fortunes often ventured to the heart of the financial world. But those dreams have turned into nightmares for some following the internet bubble of 2000, the housing bubble of 2006, the credit crisis of 2008 and possibly the biggest terror of all the sovereign debt crisis of 2012. But hope springs eternal and in the land where money never sleeps.

Wall Street Jobs

Wall Street Jobs used to be what everyone wanted to get after they graduated from a top tier school. They held the promise of untold riches and power beyond belief. They were also very prestigious too. But now the bloom is off the rose. Many of the top CEOs of financial firms are being vilified for taking million dollar and even billion dollar bonuses after their firms received billions in aid from the U.S. tax payer. Now some are even ashamed to say that they work on Wall Street. And in fact several firms have announced massive layoffs. Perhaps, one day, Wall Street Jobs will regain their cachet, but right now they are a little less illustrious. But they still do pay well, a top hedge fund manager can still take home a billion dollars a year and this amount of money certainly beats the take home pay of a hawaii dentist, no matter how good they are.

Wall Street Journal

The Wall Street Journal or the Wall Street J as it is more commonly known has been continuously reporting all of the financial news that is fit to print since 1889. It is the heavy weight champion among financial papers as it has won the Pulitzer Prize thirty three times in its storied history. It is the largest newspaper in the entire United States and is highly esteemed for its coverage of the financial markets. It was started by Charles Dow, whose moniker is also used in the most famous stock index in the world, the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

What Is Wall Street

Wall Street is a place and it is also a state of mind. Wall Street is an eight block street located in New York, but it is much more than that. It is the financial capital of the world, though it is slowly losing its cachet to other venues. At one point, long ago, Wall Street did indeed have a wall, but that wall is long gone and replaced with massive skyscrapers and financial institutions like the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ. Wall Street is a place where many go to seek their fortunes and attempt to grab their piece of the trillions of dollars that change hands there each year. Some succeed and become billionaires and others fail and move on. Wall Street also represents the American ideal that even the lowliest mail room clerk can climb up the corporate ladder and become wealthy beyond their wildest dreams. And indeed, more than a few have done this and gone on to amass great fortunes.

Wall Street Movie 2010

Wall Street 2 or Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps was released in 2010. This exceptional film focused on the events surrounding the financial crisis of 2008, which many believe are just a precursor to the real financial spectacle that is about to occur as the sovereign debt crisis reaches a phase transition and is about to go supercritical. The movie starred Shia LaBeouf as an impressionable young man trying to do the right thing and Michael Douglas as the cold, heartless financier, who would sell out his mother to turn a quick buck. Of course things get interesting as LaBeouf is engaged to Douglas’s daughter and entering the orbit of the financial black hole that Douglas represents.

Cipriani Wall Street is an amazing place to hold your next event. Its building is a stunning example of Greek architecture that is reminiscent of the Parthenon. But inside you will find an elegant modern setting with a great ambiance for your next party or event. Do not come here unless you are looking for the very best in entertaining and dining. Their wait staff is impeccable and their atmosphere is polished and luxurious.

Architecture
Their building is amazing and it served as the home of a number of impressive institutions including the NYSE and the NYMEX. It has huge white columns in the Greek tradition that tower over you and it has a very impressive dome in its seventy foot ceilings. To step into their dining room is like taking a trip into a regal European palace.

Events
Cipriani’s offers the ideal setting for fun celebrations like birthday parties. All of your guests will be treated well and be very well taken care of by the highly experienced wait staff and employees of this most excellent venue. You can have dancing in the majestic ballroom or hold impressive receptions on their mezzanine level. Your guests will be treated to excellently prepared food and service that is beyond belief.

Menu
They offer a wide range of Italian cuisine. Yes, some of their foods may not be the best for heartburn sufferers and may even make them want to consider reading heartburn no more or other similar programs. But their foods are incredibly tasty. They have appetizers like Prosciutto E Mozzarella, which is Prosciutto and Mozarella. Everyone knows what mozzarella is, but did you know that prosciutto is uncooked ham? Though it is uncooked, it is cured which means that it is still safe to eat, and it has a very pleasing mild flavor compared to cooked ham.

So if you are looking for a great place to have your next special event, make sure you consider Cipriani Wall Street. It is the perfect venue for any occasion. It has an old world ambiance combined with a modern sophistication that is perfect for its location at the financial capital of the world.

What is the best XML Editor? Well, it depends on what exactly you are attempting to do. There are actually a few really good editors, but choosing the best editor depends on the application that it is going to be used for.

Serna Free XML Editor
One great editor is Serna. The best part about it is the price: It is free. That kind of price is very hard to beat. It is open source software with means that a great number of programmers have contributed their time to building it without receiving any compensation. The obviously care more about making a good editor than making money and this is a good and noble thing. The Serna editor has a WYSIWYG interface so it is very easy to work with and I highly recommend that you give it a try because it costs nothing to try it. So before springing for a paid solution at least take Serna for a spin first.

XMLPad
Another editor to consider is XMLPad it is also free and if Serna is not for you it is also worth a try before going for a paid piece of software.

Visual Studio
You could utilize Visual Studio to view and work with XML, but many feel that it is lacking in features. However, it is a good basic solution to use.

XMLSpy
You have to pay if you want to use XMLSpy, but this is an exceptional bit of software if you have really enormous and wickedly complex xml files. It is a very polished application and it can handle massive files with ease. It is definitely pricey but it is worth it.

OxygenXML
Compared to XMLSpy, Oxygen is a lower cost solution, but that doesn’t mean that it is lacking in features. It can do many of the things that Spy does including editing, parsing and validation. It has a number of tools for XSLT development too, which is an important feature set.

So when it comes to the best xml editor, it really depends on your application and your budget. I have presented you with a wide range of xml editors and it is up to you to determine which is the best based on your own unique set of circumstances.

45 Wall Street is an expensive place to live. A studio costs $3K per month and a 3 bedroom apartment costs $5K per month. It is not a cheap place to live, but for many the cost may be worth it. It is located on one of the most famous streets in the world and it is at the epicenter of the financial universe. The famed New York Stock Exchange where trillions of dollars of shares are traded is located nearby. Many would consider this place to be the center of the universe, or at least the center of the financial universe.

The amenities are definitely command the price that is paid for them. The building has 24 hour concierge service, a gym, a game room, valet parking and even a roof top terrace. All in all, this is a swank place to live.

This part of NYC is filled with business people and tourists during the day and at night it continues to remain vibrant. It might be a little crowded and noisy for some, but a great source of frenetic energy for others.

Some complaints may include massive street noise from cars honking, taxis and police and ambulances. There is also subway noise and some construction noise too. But the construction noise calms down at night. But others love the building for its location and new renovations. So if you are looking for a place to live in the financial district, 45 Wall Street might be just the place for you, if you are an aspiring trader, banker or financier.

Open XML Converter is a great tool. It will enable you to convert Open XML files that are used by newer versions of Microsoft Word, to a format that older versions of Word for the Mac can use.

Office 2008 on the Mac and Office 2007 for Windows utilize the new docx Open XML format. By using the conversion software, you can view these newer file formats on older versions of Microsoft office.

The software can convert word, excel or power point files and it is quite easy to use. It even has a mode to allow you to convert entire batches of files. This will save you a lot of time over converting files one by one.

To install and run this program you have to be running OSX on your Apple Mac. There are a few other minor requirements and dependencies, but they should not be a big issue. Just make sure that all other programs are closed when you try to install this software.

You can obtain the Open XML Converter from Microsoft’s website at: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=19544.
